Depends on the requirements of the particular internship. If you're looking at something specific, call the contact person and ask them.
Generally though, they are looking for somewhere college age, and you certainly don't always have to be done with college.

This depends on who you are interning for. Some internships will even accept people still in high school.

age doesnt matter. as long as you finished college and youre qualified for an internship. the younger, the better ;)
