It has to have 3 reasons/arguments to support thesis- why your thesis is right. and atleast 2 other theories why they are not correct(if i did this wrong plz help me =] ) MY THESIS IS THE ROSENBURG SHOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN THE DEATH PENALTY

and if i can add any other paragraphs and help me with topic it will be greatly appreciated!!!

ok..these are just my body paragrapghs right now..

Ethel Rosenberg should not have been executed. She might have been innocent for all we know. The only reason she got convicted was because Ruth Greenglass testified against Ethel. They do not have concrete evidence that Ethel typed the notes for the atomic spy ring. But we now have evidence that she could have been innocent. In June 12, 2001, David Greenglass confessed that he committed perjury in the Rosenberg Case. Greenglass said “he does not remember who in fact typed those papers. Greenglass himself would not apologize for his role, saying he could not sacrifice his wife and children for his sister” (http://english.pravda.ru/world/2001/12/06/23023.html). This shows how Ethel Rosenberg’s innocence was revealed. These are the reasons why Ethel should not have been executed and not even be arrested at all!

The trial might not have been fair. There was a lot of political air at that time because of the cold war and the red scare. The Rosenberg’s lawyer, Emanuel Bloch made many big legal mistakes during the trial. Mistakes such as “moving to impound Exhibit 8--a Greenglass sketch purporting to show a cross section of the implosion-type atom bomb, thereby in effect acquiescing in the prosecution's charge that the sketch was in fact the "secret of the atom bomb" and also not cross-examining Harry Gold, who in later trials was found to be highly unreliable”( http://www.rosenbergtrial.org/). The judge’s decision has also been influenced by the prosecutor, Roy Cohn. This shows how the trial for the rosenberg’s case was unfair.
It does not make sense why the Rosenberg case was charged so harshly. They received the death sentence while the other atomic spies got only about 14 years in prison. Klaus Fuchs “spied for many more years than the Rosenbergs, provided far more sensitive nuclear information to the Soviet Union, and was caught, confessed, tried, convicted, and sentenced in the United Kingdom, received 14 years in jail, which was the maximum penalty in that nation for passing military secrets to friendly nations” (www.law.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/ftrials/rosenb/ROS_CT4.HTM). Many believe that the reason why they received the death sentence was because of the pressure and paranoia of the people in America. Because of what the Rosenbergs symbolizes, the communists. But it is still not a good enough excuse for sentencing them to death.

The panic and paranoia of the Red Scare, Cold War, and the Korean War played a huge role in the case of the Rosenbergs. Almost everyone in the United States was scared of becoming a communist country. America was also afraid of being bombed by the USSR.

Working on old AP Calc BC practice tests, I ran across this, and no one in my class knows how to solve it:

a) In the interval 0
(cot x) (dy/dx) + y = (csc x)

b)Find the solution of hte differential equation in part a that satisfies the condition that y = 0 when x = pi/3

Is it a separable equation? If so, how do I separate the terms??

If not, please help!! Thanks!!

AH! It is almost 9pm and this paper is due tomorrow! I've been researching for it since 7pm and still have nothing to show for it. Our teacher gave us a list of these classroom management styles:
Authoritarian
Intimidation
Permissive
Cookbook (the one I'm looking for!)
Instructional
Behavior-modification
Socio-emotional climate
Group Process

We were each assigned one to research and I got Cookbook. I've been looking all over the internet but for some reason can't find much on this classroom management style. I need a definition for it and a discription of the classroom implications for teachers & for students

Your help is VERY appreciated!

Langston Hughes'
Mother to Son

In this poem, Hughes writes about a mother speaking to her son about life's experiences. He uses the metaphor of a crystal stair.
_______________________________________________
____

Well, son, I'll tell you:
Life for me ain't been no crystal stair.
It's had tacks in it,
And splinters,
And boards torn up,
And places with no carpet on the floor --
Bare.
But all the time
I'se been a-climbin' on,
And reachin' landin's,
And turnin' corners,
And sometimes goin' in the dark
Where there ain't been no light.
So boy, don't you turn back.
Don't you set down on the steps
'Cause you finds it's kinder hard.
Don't you fall now --
For I'se still goin', honey,
I'se still climbin',
And life for me ain't been no crystal stair.
