Since we've been in the house, she always bring a guy in the room me and her share. Now, she brings a guy to sleep in the room morning and night. I do not have any privacy especially he is our co-worker. You can't do things you can do as a girl because he is in the room now. My son's school makes me crazy sometimes .There is a new set of rules every week. We can't drop them off just on the sidewalk in front of the school.( thats in the parking lot) except for a 15 ft area right in front of the main entrance. That means I have to pass the building his classroom is in and wait for all these people who don't trust their kid to walk 10 ft into the building.( They have to sit there holding up traffic and watch the kid go in the door even though there are teachers standing there to do that job.)
But they are allow to ride their bikes or walk from home.
Then they are micromanaging recess they aren't allowed to play football, not even catch! then they outlawed kickball, and tore down a cool obstical course the kids loved.

My teacher left my class to a student teacher and i know it's her first time and all but she sucks at teaching and i was a 90% student and math and i went down to 80 and i feel like i'm going lower since i don't understand anything she says and neither do my other classmates. I just looked at my stats from the application I sent to the UNI. I want to transfer to and it said Freshman Associate Degree Transfer. NOW WAIT A MINUTE!! I thought a 2 year college was the equivelent to your Freshman and Sophomore years at a Uni. so when I transfer I'll be classified as a junior wouldn't I?! Please tell me I'm right or I think I'm on the verge of passing out.

I graduated in December with 79 hours and a associate degree in Political Science and according to both Uni.'s I applied to I only needed over 64 hours to be classified as a junior. I have 79. Well over what is needed.What is going on?! Why am I being classified as a freshman?! Thank You

By the "true" lecture, I mean a set of ideas presented by a speaker in an uninterrupted manner. The audience only listens. Most of us have attended these lectures at one time or another, but they are usually keynote addresses. DO any of you still have professors who lecture in the old style (Sans q&a)? I had only one in my undergraduate years- an elderly scholar who taught the phenomenology and existentialism courses in the philosophy department. He would lecture one week, then the next we could ask about ideas presented in the lecture. (grad school was too intimate for true lecture, and law school profs. always call on students.)

I am a mature Access to Nursing student in further education who is still to apply to go to University (in September '07) and wish to find out if there is any addional funding I can receive - it all seems to be for Higher Education students - if not are there any cheap loans etc I can get prior to September.
