A very expressive person is someone who can get their point across easily, and probably in an interesting attention-grabbing way. A good teacher is an example of an expressive person.

It means that they show very clearly and easily, what they mean.
Such as, someone who when talking, uses their hands a lot to express the emotion and help explain.
A person is also expressive if he has a good vocabulary and can use it imaginatively in order to convey the meaning of what he is talking about.
It can also be applied to any creative work. A painting can be termed expressive because the artist has expressed clearly through colour line or shade, an emotion scene or object.
