This professor of mine teaches Managament:The new Competitive Landscape by:Thomas Bateman and Scott Snell's sixth edition by;McGraw Hill Publishing here in the Philippines. In fact, this professor always relies too much in that book to ask everyone during recitation...she gives a dry explanation and can't give any interesting examples not found in the book.Whenever we have test and exam,we tend to just memorize only all terms without expressions and emotions to understand the book and her explanation...but we all read,it's just that most perople can't stand her too much boringness in teaching.Sometimes most of us feel it's the best way to cut her class. What do you think we should do to stand her too much boring explanation like an dead personalive talking...sorry that i might hurt her feelings ,but it's all so true...

I am planning on going to law school next year. Do I need to know what type I want to be before I begin? Will I take different types of classes like gen ed stuff my first year so I'll know more about the different types? Do people get a law degree in something specific like family law or is it just in general then you pick a field? Is there a good website with the list and job descriptions of the types of lawyers there are? Thanks
(oh and feel free to add anything else about law school)

Candy is a child with cerebral palsy who was placed in Louise Defelice English class. Defelice English class. Defelice worried about number of things: she had no experience with handicapped youth, she was apprehensive about candy's ability to speak and she wasn’t sure how her classmates would react to her. Candy, on the other hand was neither worried nor self conscious. She wasn’t seeking sympathy or any kind of special treatment.
Ms.Defelice soon became concerned about whether Candy could handle an upcoming oral report and asked her if she would rather substitute another as signment.candy insisted that she could do it. On the day of the reports, when candy's turn came, Defelice was apprehensive as the girl lumbered to the front of the classroom. Just as the teacher was about to say something Vince, a class learned, turned to his peers and told them to shut up and pay attention .
1Please could any help me in this case I cant answer this question?
Which tips for teacher seem applicable for candy?
Create a plan Ms Defelice could follow to help candy?
