im having a very difficult time with the square roots? how do you simplify this equation?

sqrt x = x ^ (1/2)
so if U = x ^ (1/2)
then dU = 1/2 x ^ (-1/2)
then 2dU = x^(-1/2) = 1/(x^(1/2)) = 1/sqrx
so ((3+sqrx)^7)/sqrx can be rewritten as
((3+U)^7)2dU
you think you can solve it from here? I've spoonfed you enough already.
