This sentence is quite confusing.. let me think how to put in order:

For some products, the customers are allowed to get refunds in certain terms and conditions.

Some products allow their customers to get a refund upon purchasing if some terms and conditions are met.

I would rewrite the entire sentence as follows:

'Some companies allow refunds for products to their customers if some terms and conditions are met.'

Companies give refunds, not customers. Also, you over used the word 'products'.

Some products allow their customers, who purchased these products, to get refunds if some terms and conditions are met.
Plural to agree with "some products" which is plural also.

Your problem is with number here. You have to decide if you want to express it in the singular or plural.

Some products allow the customer who purchased them to obtain refunds if the terms and conditions are met.

A customer may receive a refund of the product if he or she meets the terms and conditions aforementioned.

My own version of your sentence would be:
"Some companies allow their customers, who purchase their products to get a refund, if all terms and conditions are met."

You should use "refund" and "product."

are they getting separate refunds or just one? it should probably follow suit to be better understood although some might forgo the necessity as understood and this is why we have problems with obscurity or leaving it to the imagination... Does it matter in this case ?
