you gave (1-cos(t/4)^4 sin(t/4) dt which has one extra "("
now (1-cos(t/4)^4 sin(t/4)) dt is a lot different from (1-cos(t/4))^4 sin(t/4) dt which is also a lot different from 1 - cos(t/4)^4 sin(t/4) dt, so please fix this issue if you want an accurate answer.

1-cos(t/4)^4sin(t/4)
if U=1-cos(t/4)
if sin(t/4)=1-cos(t/4)^2
now i dont know if there is - or + between 1-cos &sin
either integret U^4-U^2= U^5/5-U^3/3
or integret U^4.U^2=U^6= U^7/7, I hope its right &good luck...
