I am putting together a library, a collection of books that I would want my children to read... classics that would help them learn, and dream and aspire to be better than their father. I'm a fairly religious man, so I would want the books to be uplifting and void of any filth or suggestive scenes and books that avoid vulgarities. Some of the books I have already added are "A Tale of Two Cities," "The Once And Future King" "A Wizard of Earthsea" "A Horse and His Boy" "Early Man and the Ocean" "Where the Red Fern Grows" and "The Alchemist"

Consolidating Student Loans b4 June 30th- Pros/Cons?

I am considering Consolidating Student Loans b4 the June 30th rate increase. However, I heard it makes more sense if one has a large amount of debt. I have only about $10K, but doesn't the lower rate still apply to someone in my shoes. So why does it matter the amount of debt, as far as making this decision. I am aware that I would lose the 6 month grace period after Grad, but that seems a small price to pay, right?

For teachers, students and/or parents living in Colorado Springs...?

Would you please tell me what you know about the Harrison 2 School District? I'm looking for impressions of it, rather than the facts they have posted on their website. I've looked at the district site, the high school site, and the greatschools.com site, but I'd like to hear what you think of the school. What's the principal like, the staff like, etc. Tell me what it's like, if you are pleased with the education you're recieving or your child is recieving stuff like that. bullying problems..plz help?

I get bullyed almost everyday by the guys at school. I hate it, but when I protest, they hit me, or punch me. I have gone to the teachers, but they don't believe me as I am not a very good student. I have told my parents as well but they tell me to ignore them. I am 14 and in Yr.8. What can I do?
