THere are also a few other areas of expertise - one could start at one end of a business and end at the other. (FI, HR are only 2 applications... Sales, Marketing, Assets management... Cost Accounting... factory management... are some more).
However, I find the question quite limited, it is not a pick and choose deal! it depends what you want to do with it. I would never suggest to get into random studies without knowing why - think about where you want to work, and go with that.
Note please that some programming knowledge is a must in all SAP related business, otherwise you will be staying at very low level and not necessarily getting a job.

Sorry, if I misunderstood your needs.
usually there are 2 kinds of team in implementing an application.
an implementer who is incharge in the functional,
and the Developer who is incharge in the programming.
But in SAP, there 3 types.
Basically, the developer can go to all modules.
but the implementer usually can only implement to certatin module, since one module and the other has different business process.
