I was at a casino for the first time this evening and noticed the waitresses offering drinks to people. There was a big bundle of cash on her tray, so I assumed the drinks were for sale. However, I also noticed that some people were taking drinks and not giving money in return. Whats the deal?

We are taking our first trip to Vegas next week and I have reserved a table at the Prime at the Bellagio but having never been there I am curious about what is best on their menu? (It is planned on being a "special" night if you know what I mean)

Many of you have helped tremendously now I have a final question, I have narrowed it down to the Eiffel Tower restaurant and then out to the fountains at the Bellagio but I dont know whether to pop the question at dinner or wait til the fountains go off and just use dinner to warm up the evening...Can anyone help??

The show is in its second season, and as a restaurant manager myself, I wonder if the guests realize that they are part of the show, and if anyone ever gets a full service. And if they do eat, do they pay?
