The show is in its second season, and as a restaurant manager myself, I wonder if the guests realize that they are part of the show, and if anyone ever gets a full service. And if they do eat, do they pay?

The customers on Hell's Kitchen are all actors invited to have dinner and they do get paid. The ones with all the complaints get more money. Hell's Kitchen is not open to the general public but the winner will have a place at the Red Rock in Las Vegas which will be open to everyone

I was actually talking about this same thing last night. These people have to be eating free. Because they are like totally apart of a experiment.
You might eat, you might not, you might get kicked out of the restaurant, you might not. No one would actually pay for this kind of abuse.
In real life people would be a whole lot more pissed if they were paying and waiting on a meal for like two hours.

Yes I figured that they told them there would be a chance that they wouldnt be eating, but they took the risk anyways to be on the show

Wow..I thought the exact same thing then came up with my answer, because you know these people have to sign stuff before entering into a show anyways

Im sure they are informed they are part of the show and may not eat, however they are probably extras vs actors.
