Bahama Breeze! My friends and I first heard about it on an episode of "$40 a Day" on Food Network (hosted by Rachael Ray). It has excellent food and drinks, and is well priced for what you get. The Caribbean atmosphere and theme is laid back and fun. It's also a local favorite, so you won't get a lot of the tourist crowds that frequent the casinos and buffets. It is off the Strip, but not out of the way (I think it's just off Paradise & Flamingo. I haven't been to Vegas in 6 months, so I'm not too sure)! Hope this helps!

My favorite restaurants in Las Vegas are Shabuya at the MGM Grand, Jasmine @ the Bellagio and SW Steakhouse @ Wynn!!
