Okay... sooooo... here's my list.
If you want expensive, go to the Eiffel Tower at the Paris. YUM, and great service.
For lunch, Capriotti's Sandwich Shoppe can't be beat. Delish.
Then, Vegas is the land of the buffet, so you'll have to hit at least one. The Bellagio has a very good one, but I love the buffet at the Rio.
My very favorite restaurant that I eat at everytime I'm in Vegas, though, is the Cheesecake Factory in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. HUGE variety, and for dessert, about 30 cheesecakes to choose from.
I hear The Egg and I has a great breakfast... um... what else... Chin Chin at New York New York is very good for chinese food, and, if you just want a little treat while you're wandering around, there is a great gelato shop in the Bellagio just around the corner from the buffet. They also have very good panini sandwiches.
Hope that helped... lots of good suggestions there

I stay right here in Las Vegas and dine out, nicely, each evening. maximum would advise the "appropriate of the international" on the right of the Stratosphere lodge. it would desire to be memorable and the view, marvelous, however the food is sub-par and that they attempt to make the eating place look plenty extra elegant than this is. in case you're looking small, super provider and dazzling food attempt Vick and Anthonys interior the Golden Nugget. The Eiffle Tower eating place interior the Paris lodge-on line casino is scrumptious. The Capitol Grille interior the variety instruct Mall is dazzling and could circulate out of their way for you. supply you inner maximum eating accomidations if in a brilliant team, they have the terrific champagne, liquor, wines available and their food is often cooked to perfection. stay far off from the Tropicana lodge, their eating place isn't undesirable, however the decrepit sources and rank bathing room smells will maximum actually wreck your eating adventure. in case you pick any help choosing a eating place or making reservations, be at liberty to touch me! Have an marvelous night! and congratulations!

Love Mesa Grill, Bobby Flay's restaurant at Caesar's Palace. Also enjoy Mon Ami Gabi at Paris. But there are good restaurants everywhere.

I know this is going to sound silly, but the RM Seafood Company has the best steak I have ever tasted in Vegas. There may only be two or three other non-seafood entrees, but the steak is to die for. It is in Mandalay Bay

Both of these are downtown right off of Fremont Street...

Stefano's. I think it's upstairs inside "The Golden Nugget'. I didn't eat there, but it sure smelled good. I think it's mostly Italian cuisine.

The buffet at "The Polynesian", inside The Fremont, is really good...tropical theme, HOT Hawaiian guys as waiters...you get the idea!
