My old laptop was stolen with some CDs. I want to switch the songs in my ipod into my new computer WITHOUT deleting everything and starting over. Any suggestions?

i like the screen on the sony, and the way you can select the cd you play, but i don't like that you have to use it with a crummy music download service, which would force me to transfer all of my stuff, which isn't the big thing, its just the music service in general. i like how small the shuffle is, and i love the orange, and how i can keep all my music on itunes(like 500 songs). i tried my sister's shuffle for a day, and she used my 30GB video. we loved each others, but i need something smaller than a video, and a shuffle is about as small as you get. anyway i just would like to no which you like.
