I am on a monthly plan and my phone is playing up. If I get a free replacement I will be tied into a new 18 month contract. So if I buy any cheap orange phone will my sim card work in it?

My wife bought me a nokia 6280 from the o2 shop. now there was a problem with it when she got it. She sent it back to o2 and they sent it to be repaired to the nokia service centre. It came back and the fault was still there, so she sent it back. They could not repair the phone so they replaced it. With a reconditioned one. I chalenged them on why she paid £220 for a new phone but got a reconditioned on back. The moral of this is so everyone knows the policy of O2, when you buy a phone, no matter how much it cost, there poicy is to replace with seconed hand goods. Would you buy a shirt, take it back if it was faulty and accept one that someone else has worn??? I think not... The question is do you think I have done right in bringing this to other peoples attention???

A while ago i got a bluetooth for my phone that connects my cell phone with my computer. Well i like to have games on my cell phone and well my service provider (verizon) does have games to buy but i have some of my own i want to put on. The game i have on my computer came from a website. When i got the game from the web site they asked who my service provider was and what phone i had. Well the game i have is made for my phone but the way the site wants to install it to my phone is via text messaging and well verizon does not support this( this is what the site told me). A person that tryed to answer one of my other question about this same problem said: right click on the game file and click send to cell phone. Well the software i got with my bluetooth for my computer does not have that. I can send contacts, music, and more but just not games. Is there some kind of software that can do this for me? That can put games on my cell phone via bluetooth? Please Answer Thanks!

... like a million times, its a nokia 6101 flip phone. the aerial is cracked off it and i opened it the other day and the whole top bit jus came flying off across the room. il have it a year in december, i bought in carphone warehouse does any1 no their policy regarding the years warranty . if i leave it back wil i get a new one or wil they jus tell me to rack off.
ps i didnt get any insurance with it .

I want to download songs from PC to motorola PEBL. I bought a blue tooth adaptor and when installing it I managed to get connected to my phone. Since then I have been unable to connect my computer to phone or phone to computer. If I try to connect from the computer I get error message 676 that line is in use (not true as mobile was in my hand at time and not in use) and if I try to connect from mobile to comp it says no devices can be found. Should I remove blue tooth from comp and install it again or is there something else I am missing. An idiots guide to where I am going wrong would be helpful.

I'm thinking of upgrading from my present phone. Which phone would you recomend as being an all rounder. I'd like it to look nice ( shallow i know ) have a decent memory, external memory, good camera/video, bluetooth(not that important).

Can anyone able to comment on these two phones with Wifi?

Considering getting a N80 (1st timer on good phones, currently 3310). A friend refers me to C720W. Since it is an upcoming phone, I can't find much user feedbacks. While I noted couple of cons mentioned about N80 such as short battery life, no auto-focus, small fonts, no QWERTY keyboard, slow SMS sending, I also noted some of these have been improved by newer firmware update.

My reasons for N80 are: Wifi, I like Nokia since the era of 3810, get get it with contract from existing provider, include many features at reasonably higher end specs.

Some concerns are:
How much has short battery life been improved by newer firmware?
How big deal is no auto-focus?
How bad are small font size?
How useful is QWERTY keyboard? I type on PC keyboard, but I doubt I could on such small keyboard. Thus I doubt its usefulness to me.
