IT DEPENDS ON YOUR PROVIDER, I WOULD GO TO VERGIN-MOBLES WEBSITE AND TYPE IN YOUR PHONE MODEL

I also have a Virgin Mobile phone, and what you have to do-Is go to virginmobileusa.com and enter in your phone number and Vkey and then it will give you options to go from there! If you have any more questions, they have help links under their website!!!
