Ive never written anything in javascript before, and I am having some difficulties figuring the DOM out. What I want to do is have a form with checkboxes, when a user hits a submit button, whatever checkboxes were selected will display a different table. Right now Im having trouble telling if a checkbox is checked. I havent really found any tutorials out there to describe this well. In a nutshell this is what I have.

When you start up your computer you get the Window symbol etc as the computer loads up, is there anyway to alter that picture- or the when you shut off the computer?

Hi

I'm working on a program which will eventually export to particular file types which could be used in other programs that can read them. I was wondering if would I need to get permission from the other program owners and whether it'll be breaching copyright if I didn't?

I'm guessing and hoping that it isn't as all I'm doing really is creating a file for their program not creating a program to open their files etc.

I tried googling for a quick answer before posting but had no luck.

I like to make entrance videos of the wwe divas and I wanna make one like trish's purple one. you know, the one she used when she first used "time to rock and roll" as her entrance song. The video had some kind of purple effect. what kind of program would let me do something like that? NEED HELP!!

The only way that I can get the program to say what I type is to type it in the greeting box and then go to edit speech and start speaking. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just a bad program. Please help me. Thanks!

For a school project, i am wanting to replace the standard Dull buttons in Access to some Macromedia Flash Buttons.The problem which software to use to create them & is how to add the buttons to Access Form?

The computers in my high school dont let me do any thing, i cant save, install,unistall or change settings because i "dont have enough privileges" or "im not part of the admisnistrator group" and that gets on my nerves. Is there something i can that will let me do any of these things, or a back door i can use that lets me become an administrator. All that security in these computers is ridiculous how can i get around it? Here are some programs that are install in most computer there; Clean Slate(erases everything), and Vision Client(used to moniter you,and cant take control of your computer) becomes really anoying!

When I open an application (specifically, Pinnacle Studio), its active window opens with the top toolbar too high, and it is hidden under the top of the screen. I cannot reach any part of it to bring it back down, nor is the "minimize" button visible, which would make it possible to grab the application window. I've seen a "cure" for this before (a simple keystroke press, to make the window smaller, and make it accessible), but I cannot remember what it is. Anyone know that keystroke, or another way to reach the application toolbar?

Many call centers are running CRM applications such as Siebel, or SAP. They can create integration between the telephony system and the CRM system... But why would you do this? What are the benefits? Also, you can generate the same kind of integration with email systems. Why would you do this? Are there clear arguments for these kind of functionality?
