When I open an application (specifically, Pinnacle Studio), its active window opens with the top toolbar too high, and it is hidden under the top of the screen. I cannot reach any part of it to bring it back down, nor is the "minimize" button visible, which would make it possible to grab the application window. I've seen a "cure" for this before (a simple keystroke press, to make the window smaller, and make it accessible), but I cannot remember what it is. Anyone know that keystroke, or another way to reach the application toolbar?

Focus the window and hit Alt + Space to get the context menu. Then hit M for "move" or S for "size" and use your arrow keys to move or size the window.

Or you can just right-click on the task on your taskbar and click move or size from there.

Right click the application on the task bar and restore it. Then grab the top bar of the window and move it to the top and to the left, next go to the bottom right corner and drag it to full size.

Lay your mouse on the edge of top of screen. When you get a double headed arrow then drag it back down to correct position. Try lots of places at top to get two headed arrow.
