It is theoretically possible to insert a Flash movie into an Access form, but getting it to communicate with Access (i.e. notify of click events, etc.) is way outside the realm of possible.

You may not want to realize it, but the best user interfaces are the one's that don't have some designer gone crazy replacing "dull" standard buttons with other things. It doesn't accomplish anything except distract from the purpose of using the software, which is to produce results, not look at how pretty the program is.

Rex M is correct. And if you were creating a professional product, you would be better off with interface objects that people are used to and expect, i.e. the standard "Dull" buttons.

However, you can put a custom image on an Access button - you don't have to stick to their choices of images. You can create your own bitmap, or download one - there are many button images you can find on the web. Then, in your button's Picture property, type or browse to the path and filename of your bitmap. Also, if you want to embed the bitmap in your Access file, make sure the Picture Type property is set to Embedded - this saves the bitmap image in the Access file. If you use Linked, you will have to make sure the bitmap file is always externally available in the folder you specified in the button's property.
