Java is available for free. We can have JRE and SDK and build applications using that. We never pay Sun for this. How this is useful to Sun? Why they are making new strategies now by making java a open source though there is no profit out of it? They charge only for the training material bought from their site. But how far this will be useful for them? From where they get their revenues?

in all programs used on a computer

the person with the most gets the 10 points
stuff like hightlighting 1 item in a list then pressing shift holding pressing up or down to hightlight a long list for copying

or to get an exact search in the address bar type your key words like this I+want +to+find+gold

or how to shift through different windows

control alt delete

or commands on the key board for characters in the character map

and how come if i go back to fix what i mesed up when i am typing it types over the other letters and i have to cut and paste what i want to keep

I need to be able to pause this presentation is people ask questions. How do I do this? I would like a pause/stop and rewind/fast forward buttons. I do not want the presentation to have to be started at the beginning if I am asked a question.

like when you are trying to open an application it takes a long time for it to pop up, so then i would like to tranquilize or stop that command. Also i have tried windows task manager but if the application haven't initiation it won't be on the task manager.

This is kind of hard to explain what I want to do, but I'll give it a shot... If this is possible to do in javascript and/or html i would prefer that, but if its possible some other way thats fine to. If you don't understand what I'm aksing you can email me and I'll try to explain it better...

Basically what I want to do is have an html form’s code be in a separate file from the main html page. So that it’s easier for me to change the option values, by only altering one file, instead of every page on the website.

Alright, i've been using bubble sort, i found some code on Cprogramming.com, but i can't figure out how to modify it to work in descending order.
Its sorting a Pointer array. (int** array = new int*[n])
IntPtr is declared as int*.
n is the size of the array...
Yahoo was being stupid and taking away my new lines, so, if it does it again, the '...' means its a new line, this is just incase

I just started a new job and wan to know if it's too much trouble to add a printer in my cubical? I have a lot of printing and copying to do and every time when I send something out, I need to print a copy for my filing. I work with 7 co-workers and we all share the same printer. This is time consuming for me to wait for the printer to be free. I'm planning to buy my own printer for personal use. Do you think it will be too much trouble for me to ask tech guy to help me set up a printer? Is it hard or time consuming to add a printer into a network?

This is something I was curious about, espicially since I am on this forum a lot, what happens when programming (or comp sci major, remember this is just a question, so assume its real) cheated their way though college and got As for most of their classes though cheating, and then gets a job, but can't write even the simplest code, and have no idea what an algorithms is.

I download a video file but the format is .avi and it wont play on Windows Media Player, it doesn't recognize the codec, so I wanted to know if I could change the format into .wmv.
I also wanted to edit the video using Windows Movie Maker, so is there anyway I can do that?
