nope. same cost as the regular post. but if the stamp cost changes again, so does first class. but you dont have to buy new first class stamps. only buy the new firstclass stamps at each new year.

What?!!!

No, it is not free. You need to purchase stamps, depending on what you're sending. Anything under 1lb or 16 oz. can be put into a mailbox, however if it is over .5lb (or 8oz.) you may or may not need more stamps.

The current price of a stamps is 39 cents.

First-class mail *IS* the "regular" post -- what you can use to mail letters, etc.
