I see so many questions about people asking about how to download movies and software. And there are so many people suggesting limewire and torrents, instead of telling them that it's illegal to use pirated software or watch pirated movies. Explorer 5 will not download any sites although I know I am connected to the web. I need it in order to use my connection. I use windows 98 and do not have the software any longer to reload the explorer. Anyone have any idea how to fix this so I can use the explorer?

I serveral times successfully set up my m soft oulook email, but this time when I test it if fails on the last test item (send test e-mail message). Okay I created AIM 2 weeks ago. I just asked and someone told me my warnig level is 9%. No one is mad at me on AIM. Is there way I can check who increased it?
And is 9% normal? And how come there is nothing tha tells me that I got warned I mean where do I check MY percentage?

i went to set my cousins broadband up, but every time i put the disk in and i went to sign up it would Say couldn't sign up, try again later, as i was reading the booklet it was saying you had to wait 10 days before you could activate your broadband so does this mean in ten days when i put the disk in it will work, or is there some sort of problem with the disk?
