I think my gf is cheating on me by telling me that she stopped talking to her EX on AIM...how can I find out if he is on her buddy list?? Is there any way I can know her password and log into her account and check?

I know lots of ways to still a password but I can only tell you one thing...
If you can't trust her let her go...you just poison your self and your relationship...
For your own good...
And don't be the guy who stoops to that level...checking her buddy list?
She can have him listed as Jenny for all you know...be smart and set her free!

Regardless of what the story is, stealing someones password is invading someones privacy, if shes yopur g/f, talk to her.
