are you using XP?
install the IIS manager and host it yourself.
register with dyndns.com
pick a hostname and tell dyndns your ipaddress
if you set IIS up correctly someone on the internet types in 'youraddress.hostaddress.com or .net' and dyndns directs them to your ip which you connected to your webpage in the IIS settings...
IIS can be installed from - control panel>add/remove programs>add remove windows components>scroll and check the box for internet iformation services>click next >may have to insert your OS disk to complete the install.....GL

erm. Yes, search for any free web-hosting websites. The better ones are freewebs.com, because you can just put your html code into it.
Just upload your pictures and stuff and put your html code into the edit part by creating a new page and clicking a edit button beside it.
