He makes stupid excuses to come to my house, and after he has left I notice something more has done to my computer so that I cannot use it effectively.

you can disable remote access, right click on my computer, click on the remote tab, uncheck the box that says "allow users to connect remotely to this computer"

huh..has this really happened...what makes you think he uses a remote and not actaully going onto your computer...
....add a password to your computer....but make it something which he will never work out and change it every month just incase someone does manage to hack it.
...you could also 'HIDE' your important files and add extra passwords to those files...you need to go into Help and Support..if you are using Windows and that will give you all the details you need.

I would not allow him to use your computer anymore. Be honest about it. Then I would call a service technician to come to your home and check out your computer and take care of your problem.

dont let him use it when he's round, and if you have a wireless router, enable password encryption.....so the slug cannot connect wirelessly..... pin a note on your door as well telling him to go away politely!!
