I am unable to set up my Microsoft Oulook?

I serveral times successfully set up my m soft oulook email, but this time when I test it if fails on the last test item (send test e-mail message). I am using Kaspersky security but I paused it during the test, and still not working. This set up is successful on another computer. I would appreciate any help

Dont trust the self test, I noticed on a number of PC that it doesnt always work for the test, the way to test it is to sent a new email to yourself, so it will SMTP out then POP back.

The other thing you need to check is the authentication, some SMTP servers required that to be 'checked' first before allowing outgoing emails.
