Oragne Broadband Help Please ASAP!?

i went to set my cousins broadband up, but every time i put the disk in and i went to sign up it would Say couldn't sign up, try again later, as i was reading the booklet it was saying you had to wait 10 days before you could activate your broadband so does this mean in ten days when i put the disk in it will work, or is there some sort of problem with the disk?

Wait 10 days, then, call your ISP if you still can't connect.

TIP: Read the manual, you shouldn't need a disk on XP.
