ive seen quite a few ppl who have some really cool effects on their pics...my fave being the one where like the whole pic is black and white and just their eyes have color....or if a whole pic is b&w and just one thing is in color...how do they do this???

my old provider (tv cable) had higher speeds (from 500kbp to 1.5mbp) but service more erratic, e.g. some days speed low. service suddenly drops, etc. i am trying the dsl of a phone company and quality seems more consistent whole day. problem is their speeds are lower (300-500kbps) than cable company for the same monthly charge. which provider should i cancel? can't afford both.

My little cousin used my computer without my permission and she was apparently looking at certain site she wasn't supposed to. I deleted the history, but now I want to go back and see what it was exactly she was looking at to make sure they weren't spyware, very bad for her, or will get ME in trouble, sites. Anyone have any idea on how to check?

I want to create a website/portal where fans of a certain artist can communicate, upload pictures/music/and other files. I also want the fans to be able to register before they can participate in the forums. You know on when you search for things on the internet well a the mo mine is storing everything that I search for so if I start to write the word "Answers" and I've alreadt searched for it then the word appears in a box below with all the other words that I've previously search for beginning with an 'A'. Does anyone know how I set my computer so that it doesn't store everything that I search for? I don't search for dodgy stuff btw I just find it annoying!
