There are two ways to insert a link into an email message: the simple way and the fancy way. The simple way is just to take the URL of the page (that line that starts with http://www...) and put it in, either by typing it in manually or by pasting it in (more on that later). The downside to the simple way is it looks ugly and you can't make it look like a link on the web, which says one thing when you read it but contains a hidden web address. The fancy way is to use your mail program's function to insert a web link. I can't help you there except to look on the toolbar for a link icon or menu that says "Insert link". It will ask you for the URL and for the text of the link. Paste the URL in as described below and type in what text you want it to say.
In either case you'll need a URL. You get this from the address bar of your browser, which is a long thin white area near the top, under the menus that has a line that starts with http://. If you're familar with how to select text, go there and select the http://... line. Usually triple-clicking on the line will do this. Then press Ctrl-C or select the Edit/Copy menu item. Go to your message and click on where you want to put it; then press Ctrl-V or select Edit/Paste. If you have anything on either side of it other than spaces, the recipient's mail program may get confused and might not handle it correctly. To avoid this, put angle brackets <> around it, like so:
Hope this helps.

As already said; Cut/Copy And Paste. Cut remove from your address bar and copy don't, Try both so you learn how the work. Sometimes when you Paste into your email it may not change color showing it active. Put a Space before and after the link so it is totally separate from any other letters/numbers. I usually hit enter before and after and it good to go.
