Thanks for your answers but if I do it by 'print screen', then I'll get only that part of the file, which is visible on screen and the remaining part will not be covered.

Is there any other way for doing so?

You cannot perform this from within Word, you can with Adobe PDF Professional or from your scanning Program but not word.

While it is on the screen, you can make a graphics copy by pressing Alt-Print Screen. Then you can paste it into any program that accepts graphics, and save it as a JPG

Thats easy
In Word press "Ctrl" and "Prt Screen" so you take a screenshot.
Then open "Paint" (a paint program in Windows) and select "Insert" so there you have your screenshot.
Then select "Save as" and give it a name and save it as a .jpg file
