I cannot switch so that we can both get our e-mail. Please tell me how to set up the computer so that both of us can get our e-mail

I have 5 people using my computer and we all have no issues getting our email. You just have to log into your providers email account, or whatever account you are using. You obviously can't get it at the same time, but you shouldn't be having any problems.

Does your email provider allow you to check your email on their website? Such as yahoo.com or gmail.com?
Lots of email providers will let you look at and read your mail if you go to their website and login that way.
It's not a permanent fix, but may work for now.
