My school blocked myspace on the comps, but we just ended up going on http://www.kproxy.com , ect.., but now they blocked being able to search yahoo/google ect.. to go on K proxy, they blocked like everything.. help??

Currently there is no regulations in place allowing High-speed internet service providers to create and "express way" "pipeline" for websites who are willing to pay higher fees for quicker access to their websites by internet consumers. Internet companies are trying to lobby congress to allow them to regulate which website gets the faster data transfer speed based on fees they'll pay to the provider. This creates two internet gateways. One slow path for regular internet websites and one fast path for high paying website clients. Should the providers be allowed this regulatory legislation or should the internet remain equal access by websites as it is today? (meaning the providers don't determine who gets priority speed, but all websites are transfered equally regardless of prominence, capital or content)

I Know it might sound a stupid question but I've only been on Yahoo 360 beta for two days and I never got a reply.
Do other people experience this situation, for I thought it a cool way of talking to people around the world, yet I am starting to grow bored with the whole idea since I've set up my blog page and invited people with similiar interest who simply do not reply.
If anyone can shed some light on the culture of 360 and where I might be going wrong I would be most thankful but please only constructive advice.

I checked out this web page called paltalk and now it's instituted itself as my homepage! I tried to close it out and nothing happened so I restored my computer and when I clicked on internet instead of my homepage paltalk came up! I turned my computer off. I went into control panel and removed it and it's still there as my home page!! I need to know how to get rid of this pest and get my regular home page back.

Knowing it is the holidays, i'm not exactly sure how fast the shippin process will be. the seller uses the us postal service nd he lives in maryland while i reside in nc. if he ships in 2 business days nd i purchasd on wednesday morning, would that mean i wouldnt even come close to recievin my product till th nxt weekend;; b/c that means he would ship it out on friday .. nd saturday doesnt do business (yes/no?) nd ... with the holidays .. ho hum :[

you see when you type somthing to search in the search box like yahoo or google,

for an example: if I wrote to search , education,
then if I wanted to write somthing else like elephant ,as soon as I click the e button, the previous thing that I wrote like education will show up ,how do make this not happen , because then someone else will know what I have been searching for , and its getting up , my nerves , as what I search should be confidental and not displaying again.
