If you still have the 2004 tax software, you may have to reload that, provided you saved the tax return on your hard disk or on a floppy or CD. without that, you will have to apply to the IRS and wait 6-8 weeks or more for a copy.

did you save it to your computer? disc? then its on that disc.

YOu can get a copy of your IRS Tax return by contacting the IRS. they can also provide you with any W2 and 1099 forms as well
