Has anyone ever used a Phones w/Service Contracts off ebay??

I was wondering if they are any good and how they work?

I dont want to end up paying big bucks for something i thought was a good price :P

I have had the same isp for 6 years. I have noticed that from minute to minute,day to day(hour to hour).... the speed changes.I check at the task bar icons.My isp is through a major tellephone co. I have not tryed any others,msn,earthlink,aol,ect. I need feedback from people who have tryed diffrent ones from the same address,same computer,and if you have noticed consistently better speeds from any specific dial up providers. (I cannot get dsl.) ....Dont get me started! ( I can get fios fiber ) BUT NO DSL! I do not need it.I get lies and excuses.Enough. Please your feedback and experiences will be helpfull.

wth is going,, i was reading about the featured article iranian peoples today (dec 9 06) and suddenly as i was moving back and forth between links within the article i came back to iranian peoples and the first two sentences were insulting iranian and allah(god) then i was like wth.,.. so i refreshed the page and it was gone back to normal, but in the history of my explorer i was looking for that ,, as i was lookin for it i came cross a previous page of wikipedia i had gone to the GNU page the there was this huge picture that filled the whole screen of a vagina then again i was like WTHHH,, so i refresh it and it's gone , so now i knew that i could actuly find the picture so i went and found it my cach,,,, did any1 else see this?

On some sites when I put the cursor pointing over a box the balloon that comes up flashs continueally. Doesn't do it here but does on Google and some others I go to. I don't use Google as a home page nor do I have their toolbar. I know the darned box is for "Google search" and the flash flash flashing drives me nuts. I don't see anywhere in Windows XP adressing this as an option. How do I get it set to not flash ?
