PayPal is owned by Feebay

and if you read the EULA it pretty much says that they can do anything they want whenever they want and they dont need a reason or have to tell you why.

And dont EVER link paypal to your checking account

Close to 2400 PayPal transactions, two PayPal accounts, one 4 years, the other 7 years. Besides an occasional e-mail notice not received, No Problems At All.

If you mean today then I can't answer that. If you mean ever I'd say they did charge me once for a sale I made when the guy didn't pay me through paypal he used a personal check. They still took a percentage. I wasn't real happy about that. Buying thru paypal I've never had a problem. Well over 200 times.
