Okay, lets say that I name a section of a page, lets say somewebsite/thisfolder.com, can I link it from another website? I know I can link it from another page in that folder, but could I link it from another website entirely, or even another folder? (ex. someothersite/index.com or somewebsite(the same as before)/thisotherfolder?

Confused? lol... well please try to help, these are the tage I would be using, just basic HTML.

It seems that the internet has made communication between people much easier, but since that communication is entirely written, with no face to face contact, it's impersonal by its very nature.

This in and of itself isn't a problem, but it seems that human nature is such that we feel the need to compete, and therefore act (pardon the pun) catty toward one another.

Am I imagining all this, or is most impersonal communication (i.e. not face to face) mean-spirited, or at the very least ultra-competitive, by nature?

I've seen some posts that say there's a click-through -- not any more. I've also been advised to clear my cache and cookies, but every time you try returning to the Yahoo page it reverts to the awful new one. Please, if anybody has a surefire way to get the old one back. let me know before switch to MSN.
