Up at the top menu go to....
Tools, Internet Options, Up at the top of the window that pops up there's an address box for your homepage, You can set the page there. If it doesn't work after you set it, you need to download spybot search and destroy because you have a homepage hijacker.

If she is on XP - you can always try the restore feature - (if it happened recently). At least then, she'd be back to the point she was before she lost it. It's easy to find but if she doesn't know the site name - can't put it back in...... Restore is an option.

What do you mean? "She "Lost" it? Was it reset to something else? or does she know where the "Home" button is?
