sell item page on ebay, when I click continue, page says message to say its not responding, i email live help at ebay and they say to clear the broswer of cookies, this i try, but it doesnt do anything when I clcik on it, the page is still not responding, any ideas

You can clear all your cookies, temp internet files and so on using some good cleaner softwares such as disk cleaner or something good which works.
You can also even try installing and switching on to new browsers such as mozilla, netscape and opera.

rebooting won't help.
i used to have a lot of problems connecting to ebay to sell things also. depending on what time of the day it is, a lot of people are selling things, especially power sellers who sell throughout the day. trying selling around 10p.m. when there is less traffic on the site.

Try rebooting the machine.
