I was infected by VuiVeVn.HP.MS virus that changed and disabled my homepage properties. It also disabled my Task Manager. Is there a way where I can remove the virus? Thanks!

I play the exact same song file in both WMP and iTunes, iTunes sounds a whole lot quieter and just not as crisp. There aren't really any options in iTunes, but I have to use iTunes because I have a iPod... what can I do to make it sound better?

I keep getting phone calls from this number asking for a Caroline. It started as soon as I got this phone and with it a new number. I'm sure Caroline is my numbers former owner. They keep calling and when told last not to call anymore (the 6th time) they asked if I was taking medication! I'm pissed and want to know who these people are and why they are calling, and then find someway to get revenge. If you have any suggestions let me know (i.e. better business bureau, I dont know...)

I want to determine if there is unauthorized activity on my computer.. Can you explain to me how to read the firewall log? I have several things on this printout: "drop tcp" "receive" along with several different IP ADDRESSES!! How do I determine where these IP ADDRESSES are from? can I trace them? What does "OPEN UDP" mean?

When I run any application from Microsoft office when there is another user logged in, the program freezes from the start. The only way is to start with one user logged on from the beginning or restart the computer. I have also tried ending all the tasks under my user name in task manager and restarting "explorer.exe". I have also tried to log the other person off, then, running Microsoft word but when I select "print" it freezes. I have also tried deleting the "normal.dot" file in C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\Microsoft so it would create a fresh one. I tried to look for ar data folderr in C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\Microsoft but could not find one. My computer is running a XP. How can I fix this problem
