Enable/disable COPPA what does that mean?

I use Firefox browser most of the time. My blog looks spectacular in Firefox. I just checked it out in Internet Explorer. The profile column on the right was all the way below the blog entries. I just changed my template, so I know it isn't the extra things I've added in the code.

ok so, i made a profile without uploading a pic to show on my page (not other pics but the main one) and now i want to but can't figure it out...i uploaded one but it's just on my pic page not the main one...and also, how do i put a song on there to play?? and, how do i edit the things it says about me like where it shows my sign and stuff it says i don;t want kids and i want to change it...any info will be greatly appreciated thank you...

i am looking to build a nvidia 7900+ SLI computer with a socket 939 AMD processor and 2GB of ram at DDR400... what kind of qualities should i look for when purchasing my motherboard? specific brands maybe? please help me out i know VERY LITTLE of motherboards. spill out all the information u got i dont mind reading if u know wat ur talkin about! thanks.

I want to download my analog movies from my videocamera, 8mm, to the computer thru my capture device. However, when I plug it into my computer it says my USB connections are too slow, I need a high speed one. I peeked at what I shouldnt have. Now I put in the letter c in the browser address bar and explorer shows every website or search for that starts with c. Ive tried erasing with certain parts of explorer but when I look under "c" again it shows all the websites still! How can I permanently erase the sites seen. dumping cache doesnt erase it, help!?

I dropped my laptop. When I turn it on it says "Hard drive not found" and won't load any further. I want to take it into a computer repair place (I don't care about the cost because there are digital pictures that are very sentimental to me on my HD that I never had the time to back-up-- I'll never make that mistake again!) but I don't know if I should even get my hopes up that it could possibly be repaired as it sounds like something is broken inside the drive by the clicking noise it is making. Can a computer repair place fix a hard drive that is actually broken inside?
