If they both have internet access you can upload the songs to a web hosting site. and then download them from the same site. OR (FASTEST/EASIEST) You can get a USB jump drive (providing that both computers have a usb plug thingy on them) then just drag the songs to the jump drive then unplug the jump drve and plug it into the other computer. and drag the songs off of the drive, (USB drive sold at walmart for 20 or 30 bucks), OR you can network the two Pc's together. Start then connections, and then network settings., and create a home network. theres self help instructions in there

If these are copyrighted songs... you need to get permission to copy them... if they are your own original creations..
try a program like Laplink or PC-Remote...with these you connect the two computers together with a cable and transfer files from one to the other.. or you can use a modem.. maybe newer versions will use the internet not sure about that though?>

You do not need a burner to download music, but need a burner if you are going to put them on CD/DVD

Buy a flash drive that plugs into a USB port. It pretends it's a hard drive. Copy to that, plug it in to the other puter, copy, paste, etc. Done.

-portable usb hard drive
-Parallel ports (same O.S.)
-switch cd drives
-switch hard drives
-If both computers are on the same internet connection (router), sign on to aim and transfer it the lazy way (yes it's much faster).
NOTE: Do NOT let the hard drives get within inches of each other, as that will ruin them.
