A very good "all-in-one" translation site is:

it includes the translation service of almost every translation site ever created.

My guess is that every site that some says to answer this question is on this website.

Its a really good site, just double check, just like you would on any translation site, because some words dont have meanings in other countries!

For example(someone in a spanish class): something like wrote typed in " I want to have three kids" well..the translation couldnt be made with the words he chose..so it came out like "I want to raise three little goats" lets just say he got caught!

Babelfish by Altavista is decent. It has a common selection of languages and the option to translate entire pages.

I like altavista babelfish, but you cannot count on it if you don't know the language as the translation lacks a lot of precision.
