Every time I click on the link (which is a guestbook on a website), at work, it redirects and the text come up. Every time I do it at home, it doesn't appear.

Probably tht link is a redirect link, corrupted, crashed or a fake site

It is possible that there is a security risk on the page you are attempting to view and your browser's security settings are preventing the questionable content to load.

It may also be something as simple as the web page is being updated by the host or creator.

Or there may be some Internet outage and the new page simply cannot load because it is not online.

The best suggestion is to contact the web page's web master or admin and report it. Often there is a problem and it is greatly appreciated when someone lets them know so they can fix it. You can find out any web pages contact by going to their main page and looking for contact details or by taking the domain name, i.e. yahoo.com and going to a DNS lookup tool http://www.securityspace.com/swhois/whois.html this will often reveal a point of contact.

giving that it extremely works for me; i'd make a droop that she has not setup her conenctions for LAN settings properly for IE7. the area is extremely sluggish, although so convey those gfx decision all the way down to at very last 72dpi, 60dpi in case you could. i woud also shows she seems at her web site in anothe rbrowser like Firefox

May be that particular web server maintenance is going on at that time. OR try to open with adding http://www.---
