My car is leaking coolant everytime I drive it. From the looks of it, coolant is coming out of the radiator cap while I'm driving because I can see small puffs of smoke/stream and smell it. When I stop the car and let it sit for a few minutes or a few hours, coolant drips from under and near the reserve tank and under some places of the radiator. Also, it seems the more I drive the more coolant I lose. I had the water pump/timing/oil changed a few days ago. Upper and lower radiator hoses changed 2 months ago. And a new radiator cap half a year ago. All parts are Honda OEM and installed by the Dealership.

I am thinking that my radiator is bad or maybe that and the fans. What does it look like to you guys? Could it be a blown head gasket or bad ATF hoses? Anything else that could possibly be wrong?

I refill the coolant before every drive and check the oil while I do. Oil seems clean and always at the same level. And there is no white/grey residue under the oil cap.

I have a 91 Honda Civic and it has problems starting. Sometime when i go to start it, it will not start. Especially when it is very hot outside. in the morning ans the evenings when the temp outside is cool the car usually stats on the first try. Other time i have to crank it a couple of times to start, but like i said when it is really hot it will not start at all.
-It has a new battery.
-Just had it worked on for not starting at all, it needed a new fuse. They also repalced the alternator belt, the power steering belt, and thethe ac belt.
-they did a diagnostic on it and did not show anything else wrong.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My belt isn't broke. It has just came off. At first i noticed a sound & looked at it and the thing the belt wraps around was shaking. Then I drove about a block and my car became hard to turn. It has like two belts. What would these belts be called (Timing)?Could there be something wrong with the things the belt goes around? Why would a belt just fall off. No tears no nothing. What up?

I heard that they increase the amount of exhaust output, which in turn increases horsepower..

I just had my water pump/timing belt replaced and oil change. When the pump failed, white smoke was coming out, which I figured out to be coolant from the smell. Now there is smoke coming out from under the engine, which I believe to smell like oil. Also, the temperature gauge goes up to the halfway point when I am at a stoplight or idling. The highest I have ever seen it is at 1/3.

I had my car serviced by the dealership and I asked them. The man said its burning oil residue from the oil change and that it will burn away in a few days. Is this true? I have had my car worked on and oil changed for the past year at this dealership and have never had any smoke or other problems. What else could be going on? Worse case scenarios. Thanks everyone.

My battery died and now the stereo reads CODE. I don't know where the code for the stereo is. I've checked the manuel and apparently it has been removed. We're the first owners so it was by us, but I dont know where it is, so, what's the next step.? How do I find the code elsewhere? Without spending the extra $$$ for a Professional to step in?

I am tossed between purchasing a new Element or a new Jeep Liberty, Diesel. I love everythng about the Liberty, except the extreem costs that come with maintenance on a deisel vehicle. I love everything about the Element except the clearance. Can the factory raise up an Element when you buy it upon request, so that it is more suitable for off road? Which would be better for me if I want a good around town vehicle, but would also be used for rugged off road exploration, between the two? Or any other suggestions for a similar type vehicle with decent gas milage?

I am trying to pick a good FM transmitter for my iPod. Many of the stronger units attach at the bottom and I don't think they will fit in the area designed for the lighter in my Honda (it is a 4 door model).

Did anyone try the hondalink? I was told that my car was too old. Also did anyone just get a line put in their car instead of using the FM transmitter?
