I was stupid and reproduced with my ex last year. Anyway, he claimed our daughter and was not supposed to. He has not paid a penny to child support, she does not live with him, he also made less money compared to myself because he couldn't hold down a job.
I want to report him but I am not sure who to call or what number. I am sure there is probably a number to the IRS that I could call to repsrt his fraud.

kindly clarify
I work in calcutta and have two properties in chennai,
1. Whether I can claim interest deduction for the both flats (one is self occupied and another is let out, both are acquired by borrowed capital). 2. Is it also possible to buy another flat in Kolkata and claim interest reduction on the basis of self occupation (meaning I will have two self occupied houses and one letout property)

I need a good fiancial planner. I earn W2 wages as an engineering consultant. When my daughter fills out FAFSA application she gets disqualified from getting any grant/ scholarship or government loan (such as stafford loan) for attneding a four year college (BBA degree). I have ended up brrowing from Sallie Mae to pay for her college. FAFSA looks at my w2 wages and does not ask about how much loans I have or how much I am paying in mortgages and property taxes. Is there any help available?

Wondering about tax difference between qualifying money earned as income versus bonus. Bonuses get hit hard for tax purposes without an opportunity to get it back at the end of the year. Wondering if it is better to receive all money as income verus a bonus.
