I've received a prize notification stating that I received $66,000 from an international lottery held by this company. They said that they want to send $2,300 from the prize money here and they want me to cash it and send it back for the processing fee. The company is called Lottery Dynamics. I've looked it up and come up with a company using the exact same logo out of Texas, but found no information about the lottery on their website. The address on the notification is in Winnipeg, Canada. Any information or opinions would be appreciated. Thank you.

At my previous employment with the local school district, I contributed to an E.R.A retirement account. I have since been terminated and would like to rollover my contributions into an IRA. How can I do that? Not sure what E.R.A stands for? Educational Retirement Association, maybe?

I need a program to show me how to keep my budget. I made one through Excel, but I don't stick to it. Credit cards are pilling up, rents past due, and 9-10 times a day I have collectors calling me. Our income monthly is approx. $4000.00, our monthly bills are $3200.00 and the past due/collections/credit cards total around $10,000.00. Anyone have any ideas? Programs? Websites? Anything.... Please help me!!!

Bank removed substantial amounts of cash from a joint personal savings account to cover the business debts of one account holder without the other account holder knowing. Is this legal and how can the bank get away with it?

I entered a Motor Vehicle Sales Contract with a car dealer, I specify that the loan has to go to my credit union on the contract. When my credit union declined my loan, the car dealer said I am still obligate to purchase the car, because they have the right to assign my loan to any institutions they want as long as the interest rate dosen't exceed the contract rate. I don't agree with them because under the state law it's illegal to seek multiple agreements on the car loan. Any helps on this issue will be greatly appreciated. I am too poor to go further on this legal battle with the dealer.

Err...I had another question posted about what to do with $200, but now I have $500. Originally planned to buy a DS lite, then I planned to buy a PSP, then I was thinking about getting a Wii. My plan right now is to wait until about a year after the Wii goes out to buy it when prices are down so that I'm not wasting my money...or should I save it all until I really need it for like school laptop or a car(I'm bound to get more money some way throughout the future)
