I understand that the stock market changes that, however it seems real easy for an oil company to "create" an event to raise prices. Should the price be regulated like other industries so they have to justify increased costs to raise prices? They are making a killing profit wise with everything going on.

I returned home from a trip to various countries in Latin America recently including Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Honduras and Argentina. I came back with over a hundred pounds in currency from these countries but when I tried to change them back into sterling at travel bureau's here in the UK they say they can't because the currency is volatile or something along those lines..anyone know where I can change them here in the UK??

supose there was a reading program that taught reading/phonics and has been around for 15 years. Supose I were to take some of the ideas but modify the worksheets so they had new stores/comprehension questions etc. The only thing that would remain the same is the format of the program.Would that violate copyright???

UPS states that since I am not the shipper - that for privacy reasons I cannot get a proof of shipment. There is no privacy to secure, I am requesting proof and supplying UPS with Shippers name, ship from location & ship to address. I have an open window of 7 days in where shipment could have taken place and I need to see valuation - Shipment was one or two moving boxes. This proof would help a Legal case for search warrant.

I am aware that when refinancing a mortgage on a home some finance companies, banks, etc hold the closings in an attorney's office; other companies hold the closings in their own offices without an attorney present.

Why is this and what difference does the presence of an attorney make?
