Assume that you are in your late 20's, single, have a bachelor's degree, no financial obligations, and were debt free. Besides the $75,000, assume that you have unlimited money available for additional schooling or training if you wanted. This is the predictament I am in, and it is tough to decide when there are so many options and information being thrown at me.

are the money just special paper or they are something more? If the money are labor, how that labor is transmited from one person to another.
For example, if some old man has worked all his life to make his property, when he will die, some of his heirs can gain money like he has worked hard for 20 years or more? I cannot understand how labor of one person can become labor od some other.

Procurement Management is a knowledge area that involves selecting vendors, negotiating their terms, and managing the ongoing relationships with them. Sometimes those activities are conducted by the project manager; other times they are completed by a purchasing department or higher-level manager. As a project manager, what procurement management activities have you performed in the past? If the PM has not completed those activities, who in the organization has? What procurement-related activities do you anticipate you will be expected to complete as the project manager for the organization? What activities do you need to do right now?

* Unless QE AGREE TO 4250 PER HEAD PRICE INCREASE , then B would not be suply further six month
Following B failure to suply QE had option to buy from open market and it was able only to buy 1250 on average price $1100. As a result of this
