I am interested in becoming a property management. Every job I had looked into wants 2-5 years experience.
My experience was involve only in inventory for manufacturer (manager).
I want a career change.

You have a lot to learn. it takes at least 2 or more yrs, You must know the laws and procedures of hiring help,the legal steps in Evictions, grounds keeping design, on the spot decision making. plus all the paperwork and set up of your office,it is a lot of responsibility. You need yrs of exp , in office mgnt and working with the pubic, and be firm in your decisions. It is not an easy job. A lot of hard work.... I sugest you apply at an apt. complex and start at the bottom and work your way up..

just take a position within the company that does what you want to do...in time you wil network and gain experience
